Our service to the landlord is as follows:

• Advertise the property through local papers and window spaces.
• Obtain references from the tenant; prepare an inventory, and signing of all legal documents, collect a deposit from the tenant normally equivalent to one months rent.
• Inform the appropriate companies of utilities – council tax, electricity, gas and water rates.
• Set up bank details for direct debits for monthly rents.
• The landlord would be responsible for the cost of gas and electrical certificates in accordance with legislation.
